John & Dee Jones started working in the insurance industry in 1979 by opening their own agency. John later managed an independent agency for a number of years. In 2006 John and Dee were approached to start a professional service minded, client friendly agency representing Erie Insurance. Erie Insurance is the agency's primary carrier. However, the agency represents several select companies providing a full line of insurance products. Those select companies are ranked as several of the best in the nation and were chosen because they provide the quality products and superior service.
John obtained his BS in Education in 1974 and taught school for several years. John and Dee started their own agency in 1979 and John has been in the industry since then. John completed his LUTCF (Life Underwriters Training Council Fellowship) in 1992 and completed the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation in 2003.
John has served as Chairman of the Woodstock Zoning Board of Appeals, a little league and soccer coach, and has served on local rescue squads.
In addition to his community contributions, John serves his church as an Elder and on the Mission Team. John has also traveled on mission trips helping other countries.
Dee obtained her BS in Education in 1975 and is currently administrator of Woodstock Christian Schools in addition to her responsibilities at the agency.
